Your missions

As a WEEM staffing trainee, you'll be involved in many aspects of the recruitment and placement process for independent consultants.

Your main responsibilities will include :

1. Recruitment :

- Participate in identifying and selecting the best independent talent to meet our customers' specific needs.

- Use our internal tools and sourcing platforms to identify relevant profiles.

- Contribute to the drafting and distribution of attractive recruitment ads.

2. Managing the staffing process :

- Assist in taking briefs with customers to understand their requirements and expectations.

- Communicate effectively with consultants to inform them of opportunities and coordinate interviews.

- Monitor interviews and provide constructive feedback to candidates.

- Participate in the contractualization phase and administrative follow-up.

3. Community development :

- Contribute to the expansion and animation of our community of independent talents.

- Participate in events and initiatives designed to strengthen our presence and appeal among independent professionals.

Training and experience

Your missions

Students in Human Resources, Management or a related field, at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level.

- Ability to work independently while being an active and collaborative team member.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

- Interest in recruitment and talent management.

- Knowledge of IT tools and professional social networks.

- Organizational skills and thoroughness in monitoring processes.

- Fluency in French and English (an asset).
