- Preparation with the investment bank of all process inputs (info memo, management presentation, data room, ad hoc documents depending on investor profile, answers to questions).
- Search for new investors to complete the profiles surveyed and for additional financing to finalize the financing rounds.
- Preparing to enter insolvency proceedings in 11 jurisdictions.
- Disposal of subsidiaries and businesses one by one (6 different deals in total)
