Activities and deliverables
- Weekly presentation of the transformation project at Steerco
- Structuring and planning of the overall program into sequenced worksites (4-person program team)
- Preparation of dedicated projects by subsidiary to maximize the success of the transformation plan
- Implementation of the new organization in several countries: Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Portugal, Africa (30+ countries), Argentina.
- Continuous monitoring of progress on the transformation plan and all projects, in liaison with all Group departments.
