Activities and deliverables

- Transformation implementation and management of multiple streams with numerous stakeholders 

- Structuring and professionalizing the business unit (governance review, action plans, KPI monitoring, etc.)

- Work on the TOM (target operating model): clarification of strategy, formalization of a TOM, workshops

- Finance: Analysis of financial performance, work on allocations (several months without CFO)

- Multiple presentations to the Board
