Support for the HR department in making data and processes more reliable, addressing audit points and processes, automating the HR database and producing dashboards and reports for key bodies.
Activities and deliverables
- Analysis of the HR database, definition and implementation of an action plan to improve it, and ongoing maintenance of the database.
- Action plan HR audit and resolution of identified problems, coordination of stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, Audit...)
- Implementation of the profit-sharing scheme (identification of beneficiaries, calculation of the envelope, relationship with the provider department, communication plan for employees).
- Design of an HR dashboard for Comex
- HR reporting for works councils, investors, finance
